The Leather for Craft team have the greatest concern for the quality of its products and services, however, if you are not satisfied with the product, contact us and we will find a solution.
Return within a maximum of 14 days after the customer received the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. We will not be able to accept damaged products.
The customer must provide proof of the return of the order so that the refund can be processed. If you have benefited from an offer, when purchasing the product, you must also include it in your return.
In the case of a refund, the amount paid will be made by the same way the original payment, about 14 days from the date Leather For Craft receive and after checked the return product.
